Return Policy

At Hidden Card Lab, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchases. Below you'll find all the information about our return policy, in compliance with Romanian and European legislation.

Right of return (30 days)

You have the right to return products within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your order, without having to provide a reason, in accordance with OUG 34/2014 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

Return conditions

For the return to be accepted, products must be in unopened original condition. Sealed products (Booster Packs, sets, boxes) cannot be returned once opened, as their content is random and we cannot verify whether the product has been tampered with.

Return process

To initiate a return, follow these 4 simple steps:

Step 1 — Contact us through the Contact page describing the product and reason for return.

Step 2 — You will receive return instructions within 24 hours.

Step 3 — Ship the product back in its original packaging.

Step 4 — After inspection, we process the refund within 14 days.

Return shipping costs

Defective or incorrectly shipped product: Return shipping costs are fully covered by us.
Change of mind: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Exceptions to the right of return

According to OUG 34/2014 (art. 16 para. e), the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products where the seal has been broken (e.g. opened Booster Packs, opened boxes). This is because Pokemon card packs contain randomly selected cards, and once opened, the product cannot be returned to its original state.
