1. General information
The online store Hidden Card Lab (hereinafter referred to as “the Store”) is operated by:

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the Store and the buyer (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”). By placing an order on the website, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
2. Subject of the contract
The Store sells original collectible Pokemon cards, imported directly from Japan, as well as accessories and related products. All products are 100% original, licensed by Nintendo, The Pokemon Company, Creatures Inc. and GAME FREAK inc.
The distance sales contract is concluded at the time of order confirmation by the Store, in accordance with the provisions of OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts.
3. Order registration and processing
Orders can only be placed through the website. To complete an order, the Customer must provide the following information: full name, delivery address, phone number, email address and select a payment method.
After placing the order, the Customer receives a confirmation email with order details. The Store reserves the right to refuse an order if products are no longer available in stock or in case of system errors.
Orders are processed in the order received, within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
4. Prices and payment
Prices displayed on the website are expressed in Lei (RON) and represent final prices. Robotic Works S.R.L. is not a VAT payer (turnover below the legal threshold), therefore no additional VAT is added at checkout.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated separately at checkout, depending on the delivery zone and package weight.
Accepted payment methods are: card payment (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and other methods available through our payment processor. All transactions are secured through SSL protocol.
5. Delivery
Delivery is carried out through courier services (Fan Courier, Sameday) for Romania and through Romanian Post for international deliveries (EU and USA).
Estimated delivery times are:
• Romania: 2-5 business days
• European Union: 7-14 business days
• USA: 10-20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on transport conditions. The Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or Romanian Post.

6. Right of withdrawal
According to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, the Customer has a period of 30 calendar days from receiving the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and in original packaging. According to Art. 16(e) of OUG 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that have been opened after delivery (opened Booster Packs, opened sets, unsealed boxes).

7. Warranty and conformity
We guarantee 100% authenticity of all products sold. All Pokemon cards are original, imported directly from Japan through verified suppliers in the official distribution chain.
In accordance with OUG 140/2021 on the legal guarantee of conformity, the Customer has a legal conformity guarantee of 2 years from the date of delivery. If a product has a conformity defect (damaged in transit, wrong product delivered), the Customer is entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or contract resolution.
If the Customer has any doubts about the authenticity of a received product, please contact us immediately. We will verify the situation and, if a problem is confirmed, we will provide a full refund or replacement.
8. Limitation of liability
The Store makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of information presented on the website (descriptions, images, prices). However, there may be minor color differences between images and actual products due to each user's monitor settings.
Collectible Pokemon cards contain randomly selected cards. The Store cannot guarantee obtaining specific cards or a certain rarity level from a Booster Pack or set. This is the nature of collectible products with random content.
The Store is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, Romanian Post or force majeure events.
9. Personal data protection
The Store processes Customer personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679) and Romanian Law no. 190/2018.

10. Intellectual property
All website content (text, images, design, logo) is the property of Robotic Works S.R.L. or is used with the permission of rights holders. Pokemon, Poke Ball and character names are registered trademarks of Nintendo, The Pokemon Company and Game Freak.
Reproduction, copying or distribution of website content without the prior written consent of Robotic Works S.R.L. is prohibited.
11. Dispute resolution
In case of a complaint, please contact us first through the form on the Contact page. We will try to find an amicable solution as quickly as possible.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted for resolution to the competent courts at the Store's headquarters (Slobozia, Ialomita).
